Position Overview
allnex is looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our Japan team! You’ll be the go-to person for HR operations across both our Tokyo office and Shimonoseki site, ensuring smooth HR processes, supporting employee growth, and driving a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
-Lead payroll, benefits, and compensation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
-Drive core HR operations: labor law compliance, employee records, attendance management, and work permits.
-Own end-to-end recruitment & onboarding, bringing in top local talent and ensuring seamless integration.
-Support performance management & development, helping employees and managers grow together.
-Promote learning & training initiatives, encouraging continuous growth and upskilling.
Required Skills and Experience
-3–5 years of HR experience in a multinational environment.
-Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws, social insurance & tax regulations.
-Bilingual fluency in English & Japanese.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-A collaborative team player with a proactive, tech-savvy mindset (SuccessFactors experience a plus).
Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
