Project Overview:
Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will work with the project team to assist in the preparation, establishment, and maintenance of schedule data. You will perform schedule development duties, monitoring, reporting, and analysis and assist with schedule recovery plans. Your work will enable Bechtel to optimize the scheduling details for critical activities to best achieve project deadlines and objectives.

Major Responsibilities:
-Performs schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities, as directed
-Assists in preparing cost/schedule data for reviews and meetings
-Gathers and verifies data on schedule, work force, and quantities to update and status discipline or specialty progress and performance reports
-Assists with developing and maintaining scope-specific schedules for easy integration into the total project plan following established project procedures/practices
-Assists with developing discipline level work logics in support of overall project schedule
-Assists with reporting progress relative to established milestones for total project or major portions of the project
-Assists with maintenance of critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics
-Performs schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities
-Assists with schedule recovery plans
Education and Experience Requirements:
-Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
-Construction and/or scheduling experience involving both subcontracted and direct-hire construction labor.
-Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel
-Experience and demonstrated skill in project schedule analysis
-Ability to take initiative in project related tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to ensure effective project delivery
-Skilled in oral and written communication
-Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems
