As a Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in executing impactful marketing plans that shape the present and future of our iconic brands. Your mission will be to help drive sales, enhance margins, and boost profitability from day one.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
-Execute with Excellence: Coordinate and run integrated advertising campaigns and promotional activities that capture consumer attention.
-Become a Market Expert: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and seize new opportunities.
-Drive In-Market Success: Implement and track go-to-market strategies to ensure our brands win at the point of sale.
-Turn Data into Action: Analyze sales data to uncover valuable insights, recommend exciting new product opportunities, and fuel category growth.
-Collaborate to Win: Partner seamlessly with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to guarantee flawless project execution and outstanding results.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Experience):
-Education: A recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing.
-Experience: No prior experience is required! We’re looking for passionate individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides. Familiarity with Nielsen data is a strong plus.
-Language: Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
