Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for a Year 4 class, following the KS2 curriculum.

Create a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment that encourages student participation.

Assess, monitor, record, and report on the progress and development of each student.
*
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
*
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
*
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress.
*
Collaborate with colleagues, Teaching Assistants, and the Senior Leadership Team to enhance the educational experience.

Contribute to the wider life of the school, participating in events and extracurricular activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
*
Proven experience and a track record of success in teaching Year 4 or other KS2 year groups.
*
Excellent classroom management skills.
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
*
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering student achievement.
