Do you have a strong understanding of ISO standards, net zero strategies, and corporate social responsibility (CSR)? We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing organisation that's committed to environmental leadership and ethical practices - and they're looking for a proactive HSES Compliance Co-Ordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities of this Health, Safety, Environmental, Sustainability & Compliance Co-Ordinator role:
* Support the implementation of ISO 14001 and 45001 systems
* Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation (e.g. RIDDOR, LOLER, COSHH)
* Assist with audits for FSC, FISP, Eco Vadis and packaging compliance (PPT)
* Collate and analyse CO x2082; data (Scope 1-3) to support Net Zero KPIs
* Produce clear and concise reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
* Work with the sales and public sector teams to provide CSR and sustainability data
* Support engagement with external bodies, auditors, suppliers, and regulators
Reporting directly to the HSES Manager, this role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in an ethical, forward-thinking organisation.
The HSES Compliance Co-Ordinator selected will have:
* Strong understanding of ISO standards and document control systems
* Knowledge of sustainability, net zero, and CSR frameworks
* Experience with supply chain traceability (e.g. FSC, fabric/wood material compliance)
* Highly IT literate - especially with Microsoft Excel and Word
* A full right to work in the UK
* Live in or near to Liverpool
* Sustainability-related qualifications or training would be an advantage
