Job Summary

This role involves

* Developing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN),
* using the P Scales curriculum.
* You will create a positive and supportive classroom environment
* collaborate with colleagues and parents, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Job Type

Full-time, long term

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven UK experience teaching students with SEN (minimum 1 year)
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Strong understanding of the P Scales curriculum
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children with diverse learning needs
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Legal right to work in the UK

Qualification/Education

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience

Minimum 6 Months of experience teaching students with SEN in the UK

Skills

Essential skills include:

* Classroom Management
* Differentiated Instruction
* Behaviour Management
* Individualised Education Program (IEP) development and implementation
