The Role:
We are proud to be partnering with an exciting new premium karaoke bar concept opening in the heart of London, where elevated service meets high-energy entertainment. This is a unique opportunity to join the opening team of a brand that blends exceptional cocktails and outstanding hospitality in a beautifully designed space. We are seeking a confident and experienced Assistant General Manager with a strong foundation in premium hospitality, operational leadership, and guest service excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for nightlife, service, and creating unforgettable experiences. As Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager and Deputy GM to oversee day-to-day operations, set and maintain service standards, and ensure the venue runs smoothly and profitably. You'll take ownership of leading the front-of-house team, driving service culture, and ensuring consistency across all areas of the guest journey. With a hands-on approach, you'll be present and engaged during service, guiding the team, supporting operations, and delivering excellence under pressure.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A Personal Licence - this is essential for the role!
* Solid experience in a senior management role within a premium hospitality or nightlife venue
* Strong operational knowledge, with the ability to balance guest experience, team leadership, and commercial performance
* A proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
* A natural leadership style with confidence, energy, and the ability to inspire and motivate during busy services
