SEMH Support Worker - Burgess Hill
Position: Grade 6
Hours: 32.5 per week
Schedule: Term Time Only
Support Workers are essential to the classroom dynamics, offering vital support to teachers and fostering a nurturing environment for all their students. We are on the lookout for someone who can uplift and inspire this school's pupils.

Role Requirements:
* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent
* A good educational background across various subjects
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in English & Maths
* Understanding of the national curriculum and relevant learning programs
* Knowledge of relevant policies, codes of practice, and legislation
