As a People Strategy Consultant, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders and executives to drive organizational change, elevate employee engagement, and activate our most important people strategies. This high-impact role blends strategic advisement, project leadership, and coaching to influence how we lead, grow, and connect across the organization.
Responsibilities
Change Enablement & Organizational Design
-Lead change management for divisional and unit-level transformations
-Advise leaders on org structure redesigns aligned with business strategy
-Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless SAP transitions
-Guide leaders through compensation, recruiting, and other COE processes
Talent Management Projects
-Lead complex org change initiatives across multiple divisions
-Collaborate with Organizational Development Consultants to deliver strategic outcomes
Employee Engagement Strategy
-Partner with Division Managers to build and execute engagement action plans
-Analyze survey data and dashboard insights to improve employee experience
-Recommend Organizational Development or coaching interventions where needed
Activate Our People Strategies
-Champion corporate initiatives (DEI, EVP, performance, culture)
-Equip Group Managers to cascade strategy across divisions
Leadership Alignment & Onboarding
-Facilitate role clarity among leadership teams
-Design onboarding experiences for new Group/Division Managers
Coaching Intake
-Conduct intake interviews for managers entering external coaching programs
-Align with senior leaders and vendors to ensure coaching success
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
-5+ years of experience in strategic HR, OD, or talent management
-Strong analytical skills and executive presence
-Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive change
-Proficiency in HR tech and business software (SAP, dashboards, etc.)
