What You'll Do:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems
Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and options
Provide top-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction
Complete work orders using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearance
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
EPA Certification (required)
Texas HVAC License a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-first mindset
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Positive attitude and team player
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, with rotating on-call shifts
