Trainee Day Programme Facilitator

Salary: A£21,840 per annum

We are offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our traineeship programme. This role provides a structured pathway into (sector/field, e.g. health and social care/recovery services), combining practical workplace experience with study towards a nationally recognised qualification (subject to eligibility criteria).
As a trainee, you will shadow a team member within your assigned business unit, receiving full guidance, mentoring, and regular reviews to support your development. You will also undertake compulsory therapy as part of the programme to aid both personal and professional growth.
What You'll Be Doing
With the support of your team, you will develop core skills and gain hands-on experience in:
* Planning and managing a caseload effectively
* Reviewing ongoing care and treatment, liaising with healthcare and other agencies
* Co-facilitating groups and programmes to required standards
* Working in multi-disciplinary and integrated ways
* Collecting and recording data for audit, research, and reporting purposes
* Carrying out assessments (risk, initial, comprehensive) to inform treatment journeys
* Delivering interventions tailored to individual client needs, including 1:1 sessions and group facilitation
* Supporting service users with recovery planning and through-care needs
