* Lead the preparation and timely submission of dossiers in Poland, while coordinating with regional teams to align regulatory activities across Central Europe and CIS markets.
* Provide clear updates and reports on registration progress, portfolio status, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, R&D) and external consultants to deliver efficient and effective outcomes.
Your Profile
* 10+ years' regulatory affairs experience in plant protection products, ideally with expertise across both conventional and biological solutions.
* Strong knowledge of Polish regulatory frameworks and experience interacting with national authorities.
* Good understanding of EU regulatory processes and ability to coordinate across multiple Central European markets.
* A degree in Agronomy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (MSc preferred).
* Native Level in Polish with strong professional English; additional Central European languages are an advantage.
* Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate at all levels.
* Well-organised, proactive, and comfortable managing both detailed compliance work and high-level strategic discussions.
What's on Offer
* A key national role with regional impact - your work in Poland will directly support broader market access across Central Europe and CIS.
* The chance to work with a balanced portfolio of conventional and biological solutions, contributing to both agricultural productivity and sustainability.
* A dynamic international environment with supportive colleagues, strong R&D investment, and opportunities for professional growth.
* Flexibility to work from home in Poland, combined with the backing of a wider European regulatory team.
* A competitive compensation package aligned with your experience and expertise.
