Temporary Site Planner - South Tyneside

Are you a skilled Site Planner looking for an immediate start? We have an exciting temporary contract available in South Tyneside, running from now until the new year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced project and make a real impact.

The Role

As our temporary Site Planner, you'll be instrumental in the smooth running of our project. You will work on-site to develop, update, and manage the project's construction schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met. You'll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.

* ASAP start
* Rate negotiable
* Part time
* WFH, expected to go to site every so often
* Must have experience on commercial build projects, covering new build and refurbishments

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule.
* Monitor progress on-site and report on any potential delays.
* Liaise with the project and site managers to ensure efficient workflow.
* Identify and help resolve any scheduling conflicts.

Who We're Looking For

* Experience: Proven experience in a similar site planning or project scheduling role.
* Availability: Must be able to start immediately and commit to the full contract until the new year.
* Skills: Proficiency with project scheduling software (e.g., Astapower, MS Project, Primavera P6) is essential.
