Teaching Assistant: Bebington, Wirral
Hourly Rate: GBP13.68 - GBP14 per hour

What We're Looking For:
We need compassionate and professional individuals who are ready to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience: Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or similar environment. Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is a significant advantage.
* Skills: A patient and adaptable approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Qualifications: While specific qualifications aren't always required, a strong background in English and Maths (GCSE Grade C/4 or above) is essential. A relevant qualification in supporting teaching and learning is highly desirable.
* Commitment: A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is non-negotiable.
Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting Students: Assisting teachers in the classroom to help students with their learning, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
* Classroom Management: Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
* Resource Preparation: Assisting with the creation of displays and preparation of learning materials.
* General Support: Providing general administrative and pastoral support to students and staff as needed.
