Your Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive learning environment. Your responsibilities may include:

* Classroom Support: Assisting the teacher with lesson delivery, resource preparation, and classroom management.
* Individual & Small Group Work: Providing targeted support to students who need extra help, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Pastoral Care: Being a key point of contact for students, helping them feel safe, happy, and confident in their school life.
* Contributing to School Life: Participating in activities and events that help make the school a vibrant and engaging place to learn.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking reliable and adaptable candidates who are committed to making a difference. The ideal person will have:

* Experience: Previous experience working with children, whether in a school setting, care, or a similar role. Experience supporting pupils with specific needs is highly valued.
* Skills: Strong communication skills, a patient and caring nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Professionalism: You must be a reliable, proactive, and discreet individual with a strong commitment to child safeguarding.
* DBS: A clear, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is a requirement for all roles.
