We are currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our schools in the thriving West Kirby area.

We have live, immediate opportunities available for both short-term and long-term positions, including general classroom support and specialist roles with an emphasis on Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the classroom, supporting teachers and helping students achieve their potential. Your responsibilities will include:

* In-Class Support: Assisting the class teacher with daily tasks, lesson preparation, and classroom management.
* Targeted Assistance: Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs.
* Positive Environment: Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Pastoral Care: Offering support and encouragement to students, helping them to feel confident and secure in their school life.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking reliable and proactive candidates who are committed to the welfare and development of young people. The ideal person will have:

* Experience: Previous experience working with children, whether in a school setting, care, or a similar role. Experience with SEN is a significant advantage.
* Skills: Strong communication skills, a patient and caring nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Professionalism: You must be a reliable, proactive, and discreet individual with a strong commitment to child safeguarding.
* DBS: A clear, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is a requirement for all roles.
