We are seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our growing maintenance team! We have openings on second shift (3 PM - 11 PM) and third shift (11 PM - 7 AM). Overtime is available for the Maintenance Technician.
Trouble shoot, repair, install, & maintain new and existing electrical/ electronic circuits, systems, components and controls of building & manufacturing equipment. Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical/electrical requirements on PLC's, VFD drives, motors conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufactures instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. Install modify & repair electrical/electronic systems, apparatus and components of new & existing building & manufacturing equipment. Maintain equipment & controls while following guidelines of the National Electrical code, local electrical Code, schematic diagrams, manufacturer manuals & specifications. Maintenance Technician is responsible for repair & preventative maintenance of printing and bindery equipment, as well as handling the mechanical and electrical needs of a 230,000 sq. ft. facility. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred. 3+ years of maintenance experience (within a printing facility, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment). Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and conveyor systems. Familiarity with NEC and OSHA safety standards. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
