Deputy Chef Manager - Birmingham (B7)
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Deputy Chef Manager to support the running of a busy school kitchen in the B7 area. The successful candidate will assist the Chef Manager in leading the team, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Chef Manager with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
* Assist in the supervision and training of kitchen staff.
* Take responsibility for kitchen operations when the Chef Manager is absent.
* Help oversee stock control, ordering supplies, and managing deliveries.
* Assist with menu preparation, cooking, and baking.
* Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures are followed, including cleaning schedules, temperature checks, and risk assessments.
* Engage with pupils in a positive and friendly manner.

* Pay Rate: GBP15.16 an hour (includes your holiday pay)
