Key Responsibilities:
* Support children one-to-one and in small groups
* Help deliver engaging lessons and prepare resources
* Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Provide targeted support for children with additional needs
* Mark and track pupil progress alongside the class teacher
* Contribute to school trips, events, and staff meetings
Requirements:
* Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
* Primary classroom experience
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness (we can help)
