Cover Supervisors Wanted - Bootle Secondary Schools
We're on the lookout for reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to join fantastic secondary schools in the Bootle area. This is a great opportunity if you're looking for a flexible role in education, whether you are an experienced professional or looking to gain more classroom experience.
We're working with a range of schools and are ready to place the right individuals in the right classrooms.
Pay Rate: GBP90 - GBP95 per day.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Cover Supervisor, your main role is to manage the classroom and ensure a productive learning environment when a teacher is absent. You will:
* Supervise students and deliver pre-prepared work left by the absent teacher.
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain discipline, following school policies.
* Respond to student questions about the assigned work.
* Collect completed work and return it to the appropriate staff member.
* Report back on student behaviour or any issues that arise during the lesson.

Must-Haves:
* Confidence and strong classroom management skills.
* A passion for working with young people.
* An ability to manage a variety of subjects with pre-set lesson plans.
* Eligibility to Work in the UK.
