Key Requirements:
Sufficient post-qualification experience on UK-based projects
*
Strong technical background with excellent knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety compliance
*
Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
*
Comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations and modern construction techniques
*
Highly organised, with the ability to manage and coordinate workloads effectively
*
Team player with the resilience to work to deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure
Role Responsibilities:
Provide specialist technical support and guidance to architects across the practice

Produce accurate technical drawings and documentation for all project stages
*
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building standards, and health & safety requirements
*
Collaborate closely with design teams to deliver award-winning projects with creativity and precision
*
Apply advanced Revit expertise to support efficient project coordination and delivery
