Prestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking a PMP certified ERP Supply Chain Project Manager, preferably with strong SAP migration and manufacturing experience. Candidate will support the PMO in execution of program and project management tasks, as well as maintain all dashboards, roll-up reporting, action item logs, team calendar, and other consolidated portfolio artifacts. Candidate will attend project team meetings to keep informed of any issues that require escalation.
Responsibilities:
Deliver, under direction and supervision of Sr. Director PMO, on all project management activities for an assigned project from Initiation through Closure. Assist Sr. Director PMO with program management tasks including but not limited to vendor management, program budget management, capital request management. Demonstrate natural leadership and communication skills to instill confidence in business team of your expertise and capability. Be able to manage projects in any functional area of a business, ie, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT/Systems, HR, Finance, etc. Must adopt, utilize and enhance the standard company tools, processes and templates. Must work with a continuous improvement mind-set so that all activities become inputs and improvements for future projects. Identify and manage project interdependencies. Manage external parties involved in an assigned project. Manage project completion, handover to steady-state, and post implementation reviews. Ensure compliance with company policies for health, safety and environment. Ensure compliance with company policies for governmental and local laws and regulations
