What you will be doing as a Manufacturing/Retread employee:
General Description: Ability to produce a high-quality retread by performing specific retreading tasks, as assigned, per Bandag specifications and time standards.
High quality workmanship: keeping supervisor informed of production problems as they occur General maintenance of specifically assigned equipment and area, in a safe, clean and workable manner Training of personnel in specific area as assigned by supervisor Skills to be improved and developed: buffing, initial inspection, certified repair, shipping, and basic tire analysis Requirements:
