Shift Needed: Monday- Friday 2pm - 7pm

Impact Property Solutions is searching for a Customer Service Representative to act as the company's voice. The Customer Service Representative will provide support for customers by taking orders, providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. The position also requires excellent data entry skills and problem solving and conflict - resolution skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. Responds to caller's general information requests and/or inquiries. Takes accurate customer orders and follow through necessary process. Processes installation and repair orders in an accurate and timely manner. Enter Floor plans, pricing, and other customer information for new and existing accounts. Provide timely response to request for information including returning all calls as quickly as possible. Resolve or escalate customer issues, received via phone or email. Exceed internal and external customer expectations for quality and service. Responds to department email in a professional and timely manner. Makes updates to orders in the system Other duties as assigned.
Competencies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High emotional IQ, empathy and drive to provide excellent service Excellent email and phone etiquette. MS office (MS word and excel) and PC fluency required Ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Maintains adequate job knowledge. Requirements:
Education and Work Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum 1-year of customer service experience required Flooring Industry knowledge is a plus. RFMS Systems Experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times.
Compensation details: 18-19.5 Hourly Wage
