Join Havertys Team as the Senior Website Manager. In this strategic leadership role, you will report to the SVP of Marketing & Digital and lead the website strategy for Havertys. You will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversions, and enhancing the brand’s online presence through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Position works from the Havertys Home Office located at 780 Johnson Ferry Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 four days per week with an optional, one day work from home.
Salary is $90k - $105k based on experience .
This is Your Opportunity to:
Website Strategy & Optimization
-Lead the strategic planning and execution of website marketing initiatives to support company goals, product launches, and store openings.
-Collaborate with creative and content teams to curate impactful, SEO-friendly web content.
-Develop and monitor website KPIs to measure effectiveness and guide optimization strategies.
-Oversee personalization strategy and execution to enhance user experience and drive key business metrics.
-Partner with marketing and creative teams to optimize landing pages and improve paid media efficiency.
-Manage and optimize online reviews and location services through direct oversight of the Website Manager.
-Collaborate with IT Product Owner to prioritize development work including new features, bug fixes, site performance, and accessibility.
-Design and structure A/B testing plans for Havertys and paid digital landing pages.
-Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
Strategic Leadership
-Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, IT, merchandising, and store operations.
-Stay current with digital trends and technologies to anticipate future needs and solutions.
-Promote Havertys’ digital strengths as a competitive advantage.
-Ensure compliance with digital accessibility standards and best practices.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, technology, or related field.
-7+ years of experience as a website manager or similar role.
-Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
-Strong understanding of user experience best practices, SEO, SEM, and website analytics.
-Experience designing, implementing, and measuring A/B tests.
-Ability to develop and share insights around key consumer segments and digital touchpoints.
-Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and consult with multiple departments.
-Strong communication skills and ability to convey insights to broad teams.
-Experience with Google Tag Manager and SEMrush is a plus.
-Familiarity with basic web development strategy.
Work Environment:
-Clean, professional corporate office environment located at 780 Johnson Ferry Rd. SE near Sandy Springs/Dunwoody, GA.
-Work on-site Monday through Friday, with the flexibility of one remote workday per week.
Physical Demands:
-This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods, frequent use of a computer and phone, visual acuity for reading screens and printed materials, and proficiency with computer accessories. Clear verbal and written communication is essential.
