Key responsibilities
•
Support retail team to implement national pharmacy strategy and related project execution
•
Initiate Retail channel-related project to support operation efficiency improvement
•
Regular retail business analysis and report
•
Contract pharmacy DDI system management through the cooperation with operational team
•
Other operational work of retail team
Qualifications
Master level (Business or science degree)
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Detailed knowledge and understanding of the business of Novo Nordisk China
Minimum 6 years’ experience:
Project management experience
Project negotiation experience
General Novo Nordisk and pharma related business matters
Cross-functional company understanding
