What you’ll do:
 

 
 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – University Alliances North America
 

Location: Newport Beach, CA / Hybrid (must commit to Newport Beach office attendance on as-needed basis)
 

Expected start date: October 2025 (6-month contract, 20-40 hours per week)
 

 
 

Purpose and Objectives of the internship include:

-Collaborate with the North America team on communications, marketing, operations, program/project management and content related activities
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Actively contribute to the planning and execution of faculty workshops, annual academic conference and other key events
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Support priority projects that drive program success
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Perform post-event analysis of workshops, conferences and info sessions to examine results and progress towards key metrics
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Support the implementation of the Campus Ambassador program in the Americas by partnering with global program leads to ensure consistency of Ambassador experience and quality of contributions
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Work within the budget and time allocations for the respective activities and programs.
 

Activities may include one or more of the following:

-Answer preliminary inquiries from prospective University Alliances member faculty via shared inbox
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Track and follow-up on next steps related to SAP University Alliances meetings to ensure on-time completion of deliverables
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
- Support key University Alliances North America program activities
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Research background / needs of prospective members, current SAP programs of existing members, hiring needs of our customers/partners to provide strong support for all stakeholders.

-Locate and analyze data based on needs of the Program lead, for example evaluating member use of SAP software, identifying new target institutions and additional faculty that may benefit from our program, comparison of data across CRM systems and so on

-Assist Regional Director in creating localized and global marketing assets including promotional video content, event photography, and other material to contribute to overall KPIs

-Education
: Bachelor of Science degree in business, marketing, communications, operations, economics, information sciences, or international business
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Eligibility
: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Work experience and/or courses in one or more of the following areas: marketing, communications, international business, operations, or economics
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Familiarity with enterprise software market or similar business- to- business programs or activities a plus
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Ability to assimilate complex ideas and information into well written, spoken and visual communications
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Effective program / project coordination skills
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Ability to consistently deliver high-quality results in a high energy, tight deadline environment
 

style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Able to balance multiple projects / tasks based on priority ensuring deadlines are met

-Comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask for help

-Experience with business-oriented social media, e-mail campaign management, list cultivation/management, and audience segmentation

-Creative skills preferred: Photography, Videography, Editing, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Premiere Pro)

-Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
