This is a two year fixed term role. Closing date Sunday the 14th of September, or earlier.

We redesign, simplify, and standardise critical processes to improve both customer and employee experience, ensuring that our brand and culture consistently put people first. Acting as a key interface across frontline and business functions, the PCoE plays a pivotal role in delivering Optus’ strategic priorities.  

The day to day

-Shape and lead a process transformation strategy for our Enterprise and Business customers that simplifies processes and puts customers at the centre.

-Deliver large-scale process improvements focused on the Enterprise / Business portfolio using advanced process improvement capabilities such as Lean Six Sigma and automation to boost efficiency and impact.

-Partner with senior leaders to remove friction and ensure new products and solutions launch with seamless experiences, and that it’s easy for our customers to get the most out of their existing relationships with Optus..

-Drive a portfolio of high-value initiatives, tracking success through NPScustomer focused measures, efficiency gains, and cost savings.

-Build trusted relationships across the business and industry to influence outcomes and share best practice.

-Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of process excellence professionals. 
 

Why you are our next Director, Process Redesign

-Extensive experience in transformation, process design, and customer experience leadership — with proven impact across both Business and Consumer and Enterprise business environments with an ICT focus . 
style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"-
-Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt), with a track record in automation (RPA).  
style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"-
-The work may involve high-impact, nation-critical projects in a trusted, clearance-only environment, so you must have Australian Citizenship and the ability to attain AGSVA baseline clearance, NV1. Previous baseline clearance advantageous.  
style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"-
-A proven leader who influences at the highest levels and thrives in complex, matrix environments.  
style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"-
-Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 is desirable 
style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"-
-Strong commercial acumen, balancing business performance with customer-first outcomes.

-Skilled in leading people through developing talent, building capability, and championing continuous improvement.
