We seek an inspiring and forward-thinking leader to head Singtel Academy and be responsible for shaping the learning and development agenda that elevates both individual growth and organisational-wide performance. You will champion a growth mindset and drive a culture of continuous learning and capability building, equipping our people with the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world. You will support organisational-wide workforce transformation with a focus on sustainability, power skills, AI and emerging technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
-Vision and Strategy. Develop and communicate a learning vision aligned with business goals market trends, shaping the learning ecosystem to support long-term capability building.
-Workforce Transformation Enablement. Partner with business units to translate business strategies into capability priorities, support large-scale workforce transformation and leadership development aligned with organisational culture and talent frameworks.
-Stakeholder Engagement and Influence. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, engage leaders to secure commitment for learning initiatives, collaborate with government agencies and external partners to enhance learning offerings and secure resources.
-Innovative Learning Experiences: Oversee development of blended and digital learning solutions, create scalable, impactful learning experiences and integrate learning into daily work and work processes through microlearning and AI platforms, and utilise physical space for immersive experiences.
-Operational Management: Manage 8 George’s physical and digital infrastructure, budgets and vendor relationships. Ensure programmes are data-driven, measurable and optimised for impact and efficiency.
-Skills-First Learning and Certification: Lead adoption of a skills-first approach with a company-wide skills taxonomy, structured role- and skill-based learning paths and certification ecosystems to support career growth and workforce agility.
Qualifications & Experience
-Proven track record of over 8 years in leading enterprise-level learning, talent, or organisational development functions, preferably in a tech-driven environment, and is IHRP certified.
-Experience in large-scale workforce transformation initiatives.
-Understanding of learning science, digital learning platforms, and the future of work
-Expertise in designing learning programmes in sustainability, power skills, and emerging technologies
-Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
-Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
