A Taste of What You'll Do

Join our dynamic team as an Associate Area Commerce Marketing Manager for the Western Area and help shape the future of commerce marketing. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of activating regional marketing programs that make it easier for people to discover, purchase, and enjoy our brands across both physical and digital channels. You'll work closely with area sales and commerce marketing teams to tailor brand strategies to meet local market needs, identify growth opportunities, and execute engaging programs that drive both shopper engagement and brand performance.

Your responsibilities will include executing regional programs, leading agency work to develop and deliver assets, and partnering with sales to implement brand-building opportunities. You'll manage projects from brief to deliverables, adapting national programs to meet regional requirements. By supporting commerce growth and providing regional feedback on brand plans, you'll ensure that our strategies are aligned with business objectives.

A key part of your role will be to monitor competitive activity, track program performance, and contribute to post-program analysis. You'll also collaborate on business reviews and brand planning sessions, supporting innovation and test initiatives. As you maintain alignment with business units and agile teams, your insights will help shape our commerce strategy.

What You'll Need

-Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of years of communications, finance, marketing, sales or CPG shopper marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of Gallo or distributor marketing or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
-Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver’s license based on the position’s location within 30 days of hire.
-Required to travel by airplane and automobile up to 60% of the time to perform job duties
-Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at a basic level.
-Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
-Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
