Support the on-time delivery of customer orders by planning and scheduling production activities. Ensure the performance of applicable value streams aligns with company goals, including inventory levels, expedited freight, and production efficiencies.
Responsibilities:

-Analyze customer and inventory requirements for assigned value streams. Establish and maintain production plans/schedules to support those requirements.
-Provide timely communication to Customer Service and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with Planning, Production, Shipping, and other departments to expedite products.
-Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Purchasing, Quality) to ensure materials and other resources are available to support the production plan.
-Execute projects and special initiatives as required to achieve cost savings, continuous improvement goals, and other strategic objectives.
-Partner with floor supervisors, department managers, and S&OP leaders to effectively develop and execute the production planning process.
-Monitor SAP data and item-level or production configuration data. Work with Planning, Engineering, and other teams to ensure accurate maintenance of essential system information.
-Facilitate interdepartmental communication to improve coordination of production operations.
-Monitor delivery timelines and verify work quality and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations.
-Support all safety programs and initiativ
Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field required.
-Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
-Experience with production planning & scheduling inventory control, order management and/or customer service preferred.
-Familiarity with industrial operations. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred.
-Experience with SAP, Oracle or other Planning Systems preferred.
-Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and numberical aptitude.
-Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits:

-Salary Range: The yearly compenstation for this role is $76,860 - $93,940, and is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Actual pay may be higher or lower than the posted range.
-Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
-Other Compensation: Includes participation in a short-term incentive program and wellness incentives.
