Title: Analyst, CBS HR Services
Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:
-To plan and execute the global EOHS and product sustainability strategy. This includes maintaining compliance of products in selling countries, fulfilling requirements of retailers/ customers , supporting ingredient transparency initiatives & Maintaining the toxicological data for ingredients used.

-The Analyst, CBS HR Services provides courteous and efficient customer service for HR-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with data privacy. This role involves documenting inquiries, researching resolutions, and escalating complex issues. The analyst also supports vendor management, payroll, and personnel administration, and contributes to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
-Provide customer service for HR inquiries via chat and online forms, adhering to data privacy policies.
-Support vendor management tasks including agreement management, purchase order creation, invoice processing, and contract renewals.
-Assist with payroll support, including collecting and verifying employee data, reviewing timesheets, and managing benefits.
-Perform personnel administration tasks such as managing employee data updates, termination processes, leave of absence, and issuing employee letters.
-Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge repository, proposing updates to content.
-Collaborate with leaders to align on knowledge management efforts and share standard processes.
Required Qualifications:
-2-3 years of experience in HR operations and/or Shared Services Center.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
-Experience with HR and/or shared services technology functionality (e.g., Case management, knowledge management, Success factor).
Preferred Qualifications:
-Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
-Ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
-Strong understanding of HR processes, employee benefits, statutory regulations
