Job summary:

Supervise general accounting journals for adherence to generally accepted accounting principles, company and
government policies, while guaranteeing that account balances and results are accurate and business results are
submitted on time. Also is responsible for collecting, processing and delivering relevant, timely and accurate
information used for providing financial, fiscal and operational business decisions.

Essential activities:

-Responsible for consolidating, processing and delivering timely and accurate relevant information
used financially and operationally for decision making.
-Reception and fulfillment of the monthly, quarterly and annual calendar of activities for accounting closures.
-Monitor and ensure that the activities of the Monthly Closure are fulfilled.
-Request and prepare the accounting items based on the analysis according to the operation.
-Review month end closing figures in the Profit and Loss Statement.
-Perform accounting integrations and review balance accounts.
-Review bank reconciliations.
-Review financial statements and identify and communicate any adjustments.
-Provide information for internal and external audits.
-Review and approve employee expense reports and clear vendors.
 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor´s degree in Public Accounting or Auditing
-At least 3 years in similar positions
-English Proficiency at 80%
-International Financial Reporting Standards
-Excel, Google and SAP Applications
