Job Summary:
The My Epic Gear Associate is the face of the Member Services and Slopeside locations and acts as an ambassador to the My Epic Gear program. The Member Services and Slopeside locations are conveniently located throughout our resorts and offer our members a place to pick up their gear, request gear swaps, ask questions and assist members with making their reservations. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn multiple software programs, and the ability to work with a team or autonomously.

Job Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional service to our members at our Member Services and Slopeside locations.
-Preparing and setting up the gear for upcoming My Epic Gear reservations
-Assisting members during their reservations including ensuring proper fit of gear
-Conducts transactions at front of house POS using various software programs at member services locations
-Responsible for general cleanliness and organization of member facing areas including slopeside.
-Assists with inventory control with My Epic Gear and Retail product
-Assists in movement of gear to and from member services to slopeside locations and tune shops
-Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $21.78/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
