Sistemas Digitais e Comunicações Porto department is looking for an Electrical Engineer - Substations & Digital Systems
What you will do:

-Knowledge or professional experience in electrical networks and/or electrical installations.
-Experience in Automation, Protection, Command and Control Systems is valued.
-Proficiency in basic computer navigation and programming skills
-Knowledge of English, mainly in oral comprehension and reading.
-Driving license and availability for frequent travel in the central region of the country (mandatory).
-Availability to integrate into the On-call Availability Schedule (work outside normal hours).
-Customer focus, Agility and Speed, Problem Solving, Self-control/Self-confidence and
-Process Orientation are decisive skills for the performance of the role.

What are we looking for:

-Degree/Master Degree in Electrical Engineering,
-Up to 5 years of professional experience
-Planning of systematic preventive maintenance, research and resolution of faults and monitoring of new installations of Protection, Command, Control and Telecommunications Systems for HV/MV Substations and Radio Repeater Stations;
-Prepare reports and proposals for the rehabilitation/replacement of equipment in Substations, Switching Stations and Radio Repeater Stations;
-Ensure response to emergencies, locating and repairing faults in Substations, Switching Stations, Radio Repeater Stations and Communications Networks;
-Support the implementation of the necessary environmental, safety and health measures at work.
