Being an intern or student at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion as our new Student - Production.
Your main responsibilities will include :
-Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment
-Complete quality inspections on finished products in accordance with quality standards
-Manual labor, which involves lifting up to 50lbs and carrying out repetitive tasks
-Use glue guns, nail guns, and other hand tools to build and assemble finished boxes
-Always maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Review machine operation and maintenance manuals and update the preventive maintenance program.

-Current student
-Must be 18 years or older
-A questioning mindset, the desire to ask for clarification of our processes to gain a deeper understanding
-Ability to use hand tools, read a tape measure and do basic math
-Strong work ethic, attendance and punctuality is essential to our mutual success
-Comfort working in an environment with varying noise and temperature levels
