The Production Technician II operates equipment in the production of the Campbell Chain brand of product. Work schedule is 3rd shift, working 4 days a week and 10 hours a day from 9 PM to 7 AM daily (week starts Sunday PM).

The Build (Responsibilities)
-Operate machines to manufacture chain.
-Proficiently operate the required number of machines for the designated work area.
-Make proper adjustments to ensure machines operate efficiently and maintain high quality, including using hand tools, gauges, and visual checks.
-Cross-trained to operate numerous pieces of equipment.
-Perform preventative maintenance on equipment when required.
-Move material to and from work area.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures to produce a quality product, including reporting non-conforming materials.
-Report unusual conditions or questionable items to team lead or supervisor.
-Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
-Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
-Maintain accurate records as required.
-Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by team lead or supervisor.
The Toolbox (Qualifications)
-High school diploma or GED.
-Minimum 1 year of similar work experience.
-Mechanical abilities and aptitude required.
-Work overtime hours (more than 40 hours per week) including Fridays.
-Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch continuously.
-Climb stairs and ladders.
-Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
