Description
CSR will be handling inbound calls in a call center environment, as well as speaking with customers face-to-face who walk into the office. The CSR will take inbound calls between 50-100 calls per day from customers that have questions. CSR's may be required to transfer calls if the call needs to be routed to a different department, which is the only example of an outbound call that this CSR will be required to make. CSR's may also provide assistance either over the phone or to walk-ins if customers are having issues with website navigation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
