If yes, we have an opportunity for you to be a Teaching Assistant at a school located in Manchester. This role would be suitable for an individual who wishes to work closely with students in Year 6 classroom helping them clear SATs. You will have an opportunity to work with an experienced and welcoming head teacher and her staff.
Teaching Assistant you will:
* Ensuring pupils stay on task
* Controlling behaviour
* Providing support to children on a 1-to-1 basis or in a group setting when required
* Assisting the teacher in planning engaging lessons for the class in line with the curriculum
* Liaising with the class teacher and parents to provide the best support.
This role requires:
* Any experience working with children with special needs and disabilities.
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
* An Enhanced Child DBS or a willingness to get one.
* Eligibility to work in the UK ( No Sponsorships Provided )
