About the Role

Key Responsibilities
.Create and maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
.Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.
.Use hands-on activities, play-based learning, and creative exploration to encourage curiosity and student growth.
.Establish consistent routines and positive classroom management strategies.
.Monitor student progress and adapt instruction to meet individual needs.
.Collaborate with school staff and maintain regular communication with families.
Qualifications
.Bachelor s degree required (applicants nearing completion may be considered).
.Teaching license or substitute license (or willingness to obtain).
.Prior experience working with young children strongly preferred.
.Knowledge of elementary instructional practices.
