What You ll Do:
Lead & manage the Service Drive Team onboard, train, and oversee daily operations Ensure operational excellence maintain standard operating procedures and company policies Drive safety & compliance conduct daily safety reviews and staff training Build strong client relationships establish regular meetings with dealership management Oversee payroll & scheduling manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting Develop future leaders mentor employees and identify management potential What We re Looking For:
Leadership experience previous supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive industry Strong communication skills ability to clearly relay information to employees and clients Problem-solving mindset quick thinking and ability to resolve challenges efficiently Detail-oriented ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies Valid driver s license with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean record Physical & Working Conditions:
