Lead & manage the Service Drive Team recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations Ensure efficiency & service excellence maintain high standards in all aspects of the role Monitor safety & compliance conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies Strengthen client relationships serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership Oversee payroll & scheduling manage employee time tracking and budget allocation Develop future leaders mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities What We re Looking For:
Supervisory experience preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management Excellent communication skills ability to interact professionally with employees and clients Strong problem-solving ability quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced setting Detail-oriented & organized effective management of schedules and operations Valid driver s license minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean record Working Conditions:
