The IP & Security Services and Access Technical Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the performance, availability, and customer experience of the Optus Network. The role requires collaboration with Managed Service Suppliers, equipment vendors, and Network Engineering teams to support the successful rollout of new technologies, continuous service improvement initiatives, and alignment with Optus’ broader network strategy.
