Entertainment Manager - Leisure and Hospitality
Salary: A£60,000+
Location: Hampshire/ Dorset
As a manager within the Entertainment Department, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a high standard of training for the Guest Experience Host team, who host for the characters, operate and facilitate activities and usher all shows across the resort. You will also work with the Entertainment team to ensure the venue is well staffed and recruiting new team members as and when necessary. Alongside this, the role will manage any Employee Relations issues within the team, such as sickness, absence and poor performance. Participation in the Entertainment Duty rota is necessary alongside communicating messages to the wider resort from time to time.
