About The Role

Are you ready to be part of a service that's transforming lives within the criminal justice system? At The Forward Trust, we are committed to supporting individuals in their recovery from substance misuse and mental health challenges. We're currently recruiting a Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join our dedicated team at HMP Coldingley, a closed Category C male prison in Surrey.

* Performing second signatory duties as needed
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date case records in line with service KPIs

* Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments, with the ability to respond flexibly to service demands.
* Communicates clearly and concisely, maintains good eye contact, and shows belief in their own professional abilities.
* Works effectively and harmoniously with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
