Department Description & Responsibilities
The IT team manages a wide range of services on a global scale: from network, server, and cloud infrastructure, to end-user support, service desk, and enterprise applications. They are also driving advanced data and digital solutions that support both operational excellence and long-term business goals.
Project Description
You will be part of a major transformation program that transitions decentralized SAP ECC systems into a centralized S/4HANA environment. Within the Sales domain, your focus will be on harmonizing and migrating sales processes across business units and sites. Close collaboration with business stakeholders and other SAP domains will be key to ensuring end-to-end process coverage and high-quality decision support.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
Support the SAP SD implementation within the transformation program

Ensure strong integration of Sales processes with other SAP domains (MM, CO, QM, etc.)
*
Facilitate business-facing activities and support decision-making processes
*
Analyse and optimise order management, pricing, billing, and delivery processes
*
Document SAP SD configurations and technical specifications
*
Conduct system testing and validation
*
Translate business needs into clear technical solutions
*
Work with both custom-built and template-based SAP environments
*
Support change requests and tickets when project workload allows
*
Provide coaching and guidance to junior consultants where applicable
Technical Profile Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD projects
*
Proven track record with end-to-end SAP SD implementations and cross-domain integration
*
Strong skills in documentation and blueprinting
*
Debugging skills are a plus
*
Experience with both custom-built and template SAP environments

Methodology / Certification Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

SAP certification is an advantage, though experience is more important
Language Proficiencies
Fluent English (spoken and written)

French: must-have for Sales role
*
Dutch: preferred for the local site in the south of Antwerp city

International working environment

Sites in the south of Antwerp city, Brussels, and Olen

Hybrid role: minimum 3 days/week onsite
Contract
Start date: ASAP (latest onboarding by 31/10)

Initial contract until end of 2025

Potential extension into 2026 and early 2027 depending on program timelines

Travel: up to 10-20% if required
