About the Role
A leading player in the circular economy and industrial sustainability sector is looking for a QHSE Coordinator to join their Technology Department in the Antwerp region (onsite, no travel). This team supports production operations from feasibility through design, realization, and start-up - with a focus on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Project Description
As QHSE Advisor, you will play a key role in advancing safety maturity within operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and embedding a safety-first culture. Beyond monitoring and compliance, you'll actively coach teams, drive behavioral change, and support continuous improvement of QHSE systems and practices.
Primary Tasks
Monitor operations for compliance with regulations & best practices

Provide guidance on deviations and corrective actions
*
Conduct QHSE training, toolbox meetings & risk assessments
*
Investigate incidents and non-conformities
*
Lead HSE inspections and reporting
*
Drive engagement with supervisors & workforce to embed safety-first culture
Profile
Safety Advisor certification (Level 2 preferred, Level 3 with strong motivation)
*
5+ years in QHSE/HSE within high-risk industries
*
Solid knowledge of QHSE standards, risk analysis & incident investigation
*
Strong communicator and motivator, able to foster change
*
Dutch & English required
Contract
Start: ASAP
