We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Processor-Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a very fast-paced environment and will play a crucial role by guiding potential borrowers through the process of creating comprehensive loan request packages and securing lender proposals through. This position requires a strong understanding of financial software, basic math skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a demanding, high-pressure environment. Responsibilities
Manage large client pipelines from loan packaging to funding completion Guide clients on loan program requirements, including process, timing, and documentation Ensure accuracy in completing loan documentation for lender credit approval Prepare and present loan request packages to a network of lenders Communicate with third parties involved in the process (e.g., franchisors, franchise consultants) Stay current on lender policies and SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Build and maintain lender relationships to effectively negotiate and represent client needs
Experience
2+ years of experience in business operations, administrative, insurance, finance or legal industries preferred Proficient in computer/technical skills (Adobe, Microsoft Office) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional writing skills for clear, concise business correspondence Ability to analyze financial statements, credit reports, business plans, and other financial documents Familiar with Small Business Administration (SBA) loans Salesforce experience is a plus Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
