Key Responsibilities
-DC Operations Management

-Lead operational excellence in 3 Chinese DCs, including warehouse management, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity.
-Implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce operational costs.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
-Transportation Coordination

-Manage inbound/outbound logistics for finished goods, selecting carriers and optimizing routes for cost and efficiency.
-Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, freight costs) and resolve transportation disruptions proactively.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement) to align logistics with demand forecasts.
-Team Leadership

-Develop and mentor local DC and transport teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
-Drive digitalization initiatives (e.g., TMS/WMS adoption) to streamline operations.
Qualifications

-Experience: 5+ years in logistics, with 5+ years in DC/transportation management in China.
-Skills: Proficiency in SAP/Oracle WMS, strong analytical abilities, and negotiation expertise with 3PL providers.
-Language: Fluent in English (written/spoken) and Mandarin.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree
