Make an Impact by:
-Architect Orchestration Frameworks
: Define and oversee the technical architecture for service orchestration, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and high availability, performance, and security requirements. Drive simplification and automation across orchestration platforms
-Develop and Scale Service Activation Workflows in NSB
: Lead the development and scaling of service activation workflows using NSB, integrating orchestration logic via TMF640 to support diverse business initiatives and enable modular, intent-driven service fulfillment.
-Innovate with Emerging Technologies: Research and incorporate advancements in orchestration including agentic orchestration, cloud-native automation, and hybrid/multi/edge cloud computing to enhance network capabilities.
-Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with internal teams and top management to ensure orchestration initiatives are prioritized, supported, and delivered effectively.
-Business Requirement Integration: Translate business needs into orchestrated service flows, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and user-centric.
-Governance and Delivery: Chair steering committees and manage project execution, budgeting, and procurement related to orchestration platforms and services.
-Operational Excellence: Monitor and maintain orchestration components in production, ensuring SLA compliance and proactive incident resolution.
-Change and Release Management: Oversee software release cycles for orchestration platforms, leveraging automation to improve deployment frequency and quality.
-Incident and Security Management: Lead root cause analysis and resolution of orchestration-related incidents, including cybersecurity events and patch management.
-Strategic Planning: Contribute to divisional and Group Networks strategy, ensuring orchestration capabilities align with long-term digitalization goals.
Skills for Success
-Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant discipline
-Minimum 12 years of working experience in telecommunications industry with experience in projects delivery.
-Working experience in telecommunications domain with strong understanding of mobile, broadband, TV and Fixed networks and orchestration related technologies.
-Working experience in leading and managing projects using Agile methodology (such as SCRUM/KANBAN) and the usage of related tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
-Working experience in project planning and management activities including financial and procurement.
-Working experience in business requirements analysis and translating to team for implementation and delivery.
-Working experience in service management of projects or products in production environment.
-Good understanding of cloud computing/container deployment and management such as AWS/Azure/OpenStack/Kubernetes(K8s)
-Good understanding of software development.
